incorporate a variety of equipment and physiological principles to increase core strength, functional movement, cardiovascular health, and self
confidence. We keep you challenged, motivated, and moving forward toward your goals.

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all
ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. This course is suitable for all ages from beginner to advanced.

A Typical Day At Camp
We don’t have typical days - if you wanted the same routine day after day, then you would probably join a fitness center. But you can expect a
mixture of cardio exercises, some running (less than a mile), light weight-training, mat work, jumping rope, and sports-related games. Each day is
designed to be fun and different - and never boring. EVERY EXERCISE CAN BE MODIFIED TO VARIOUS STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE
LEVELS!   Exercises include:
  • Crunches
  • Short distance running (less than one mile)
  • Hill lunges
  • Calisthenics
  • Jumping rope
  • Hiking
  • Sport Yoga™
  • Strength Yoga™
  • Swiss ball and medicine training
  • Obstacle courses
  • PAR course
  • Push-ups
  • Fitness Kickboxing, and loads of surprisese!

What do I need to bring?
  • Exercise mat
  • Water bottle
  • Small, 5-8 lbs. hand weights (coach will provide, however, first-come, first-serve)
  • Stretch cords  (coach will provide, however, first-come, first-serve)
  • Running shoes
  • Release/Waiver (please download from "forms" on Resources page)
  • Sense of adventure!!!

These items can be purchased at any local Target, Big 5, SportsMart, and our sponsor, the
Sports Basement for less than $25.

We meet from 0600-0700, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Our schedule is subject to change, however, the focus of the workout will remain
constant.

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's
part of the process that lets you improve!

What kind of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some are tired of the same old
routine and are looking for a new challenge and refreshing way to stay fit. Most campers have some history of exercise, but it's not required. We
make the program just right for your ability level.

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement"
can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common
to see as much as 3-8 pound of weight loss after the first week. Remember, everyone is different!
