Beginner through intermediate athletes . Groups will be formed relative to a person's athletic abilities.

Swim
  • Swimming gear-wetsuit tips and tricks, goggles vs masks, when is it too warm to use a wetsuit?
  • Swimming techniques-ocean, lakes, rivers and pools how they differ

Bike

    wrong, what to always have with you)
  • Cycling techniques-cycling etiquette – it's a matter of safety, how to ride a pace line/down a hill, the importance of knowing the race course, and why you
    WON'T learn proper road skills riding with a tri-club
  • Cycling experiences (race and ride stories, training tips, heart rate monitors)

Program Fees
The cost for the camps will be $320 per person.  A Program Packet will be sent out 1 month before the training programs start, so that everyone will know
where to meet and who will be there.
