Athlete Initiation
All of our athletes undergo the same intensive start-up phase. This typically takes 7-14 days and involves a significant investment of time for coach and athlete.
  • Review athlete history and goals
  • Establish key milestones for meeting goals
  • Identify personal weaknesses and strengths
  • Identify and prioritise race season
  • Construction of periodization program for training, races and weights
  • Identify HR and/or Power training zones for cycling and running
  • Identify pace training zones for swimming

Individual Training Programs
Our Individual Training Programs combine superior coaching expertise with the amount of personal attention you need. Whether handcrafting your training around your busy
lifestyle, preparing you for an important personal achievement, or helping elite athletes stay at the top of their sports, our coaches have the experience, knowledge, and proven
history to meet the needs of the most demanding athletes. Your coach utilizes a detailed questionnaire, extensive phone interview, and field test information to handcraft your
training program and begin the development of a substantial coach/athlete relationship. As that relationship evolves through frequent communication and the exchange of training
data, your coach hones your training to optimally prepare you for your goals.

Swim Lessons & Personalized Swim Workouts
Our swim lessons and personalized workouts will improve your swimming by stressing proper efficiency, motivation and periodization. Video taping will assist in the learning
process.

Hourly Coaching and Telephone Consulting
Don't need a full training program, but you are interested in working on your technique or furthering your training knowledge in health & fitness, triathlon, cycling, running or
swimming?   Need some specifics but aren't interested in an entire training program? The same expertise that goes into our higher level programs goes into our hourly training
sessions, with each being session designed for your goals, background and fitness level.

Telephone Consulting
Telephone consulting is useful for the athlete who requires limited guidance. We can talk about any subject that you want at a time that suits your schedule.   What I'll need from you
in advance is the athlete questionnaire. This guarantees more quality time on the phone.  Telephone Consulting is useful for athletes that require limited guidance or advice on a
specific topic. Some topics include race nutrition, specific event preparation, and tapering.  For more information or to arrange an appointment, contact us.
