Swim Lessons
Our swim lessons are taught by Coaches Cristin and Eric, a licensed USA Swimming Coach, triathlete, and former collegiate swimmer. The
information delivered at swimming lessons will improve your swimming through proper efficiency, triathlon knowledge, overall training and
racing confidence. Video taping will assist in the learning process. They say you can't see the forest through the trees, so how the heck can
you improve your swimming technique if you can't see what's wrong?!! Our video analysis of your stroke will help you to see what you need
improvement on. Nothing speeds up the learning curve faster than seeing the errors you make and getting experienced feedback on how best
to correct them.
