Weekly One-on-One Personal Training
One-on-One Weekly Personal Training is the plan we recommend for most clients. Meeting with our coaches at regularly scheduled intervals ensures that you keep focused
oriented and learn best with face-to-face demonstrations, and those who respond better when they need to account to someone else.

One-on-One Weekly Personal Training is most effective if done weekly or biweekly. A minimum commitment of 2 sessions per month for 2 months is highly recommended to
help you achieve your fitness goals.

One-on-One Weekly Personal Training includes:  
  • One face-to-face personal training session with one of our coaches per week or two sessions per month
  • Customized Fitness Program
  • Weekly Inspirational Messages
  • Unlimited e-mail access to our coaches

Your customized fitness program may include:
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Weight training
  • Cardiovascular work
  • Stretching
  • Motivational support

You and your coach decide the location of your training session. The location could be your home, your workplace, your coach's home, a local park or gym.

Fee per hour
$65 (1-20 driving minutes from San Jose or Monterey, CA)
$75 (21-30 driving minutes from San Jose or Monterey, CA)
$85 (31-40 driving minutes from San Jose or Monterey, CA)

Monthly One-on-One Personal Training
One-on-One Monthly Personal Training is best suited for those who desire less frequent in-person training sessions, but want to sustain motivation and momentum in
between sessions.  

One-on-One Monthly Personal Training includes:
  • One face-to-face personal training session with our coaches per month
  • Weekly coaching sessions via phone
  • Customized Fitness Program
  • Weekly Inspirational Messages

Your customized fitness program may include:
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Weight training
  • Cardiovascular work
  • Stretching
  • Motivational support

You and your coach decide the location of your monthly training session and schedule the day and time for your weekly phone coaching session.

$85 (31-40 driving minutes from San Jose or Monterey, CA)

Long Distance Personal Training
You're committed to reaching your fitness goals. You like what you see here. Our coach's philosophies and approaches are aligned with your needs. "Oh — but for the
distance." No problem. Our Long Distance Personal Training Plan is for you.

Long Distance Personal Training includes:
  • One personal training phone session with on of our coaches per week
  • Customized Fitness Program
  • Weekly Inspirational Messages
  • Unlimited e-mail access to your coach

Your customized fitness program may include:
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Weight training
  • Cardiovascular work
  • Stretching
  • Motivational support

How does it work?
  1. You let your coach know that you are interested in Long Distance Personal Training by filling out our online form
  2. One of our coaches calls you at the phone number and preferred time you indicate on the form. You and your coach discuss your goals and schedule a time for
    your weekly personal training phone session.
  3. Your coach creates a personal training program for you. S/he sends you e-mail with a link to your personal program and additional instructions as required. You
    may be asked to submit a permission form/medical clearance from your doctor.
  4. Once per week, you speak with your coach to review and update your personal training regime. As you progress, new training programs are created.
