Most individuals do not hesitate to seek out expert advice from a tax advisor, accountant, lawyer, or physician, but when it comes to their training, they choose to do it alone. Athletics

How does a Coach differ from a Personal Trainer? Many people confuse coaching with personal training or use the terms interchangeably. While both professionals provide valuable services, there are important distinctions between the two.
Personal Trainers Personal trainers typically work with individuals in one-on-one fitness sessions. They provide daily workout structure and hands on motivation. Personal training sessions usually take place in a gym and focus on improving muscular strength, tone, or size. Personal trainers also provide assisted stretching and other fitness based instruction and advice. Coaches Coaching goes beyond that required in most personal training relationships. Coaching looks at the individual’s life and goals as a whole. While coaches still plan single workout sessions, these sessions are created within the broader context of the individual’s goals, resources, and event requirements. Individual workouts are designed based on a larger plan of training and accomplishment goals that can span from months to several years depending on the individuals goals and objectives. Coaching takes into consideration the multiple aspects of overall health, flexibility, nutrition, strength, and endurance, as well as the technical and tactical aspects of your chosen sport. Do you need an athletic coach? We may have a coaching package that interests you. The BAM coaching relationship takes place utilizing all methods of communication. While the logistics of the relationship are such that the coach is not present during the actual implementation of the workouts, the BAM coach still plays an important role in:
Monitoring workouts
Providing feedback.
Helping individuals enhance and maintain their training motivation.
Helping their athletes train with a purpose.
Create and maintain a healthy balance throughout their life and teach tools that one can use for a lifetime.
Provide an outside objective opinion.
