A: Our sessions will be much more informal than a typical therapeutic session run by a Psychiatrist or Psychologist.
We will discuss your wishes and what the easiest and most practical ways are in order to make those wishes a
reality. Our meetings will be a check to see what you have accomplished and to define the next action plan. You will
be held accountable for making progress.
Q: How does a session work?
A: We usually conduct sessions over the phone. This allows you to set a time most convenient for you to really talk
comfortably. However, sessions in person are available should you live in the Bay Area of California.
Q: How much can I invest in myself ?
A: Depending on your needs and budget you can select from various options and payment methods. Please check
