What does Maillot
Jaune mean?

Maillot Jaune means "Yellow Jersey" in French. For those
Tour de France followers out there, you know what Maillot
Jaune REALLY means! For those that don't, the Maillot
Jaune is awarded to the fastest, smartest, most versatile
cyclist at the world's most competitive cycling race,
Le Tour de France.

Why do we raise
Miniature Poodles?
|
We have and raise miniature poodles for many reasons:
- They become an instant friend and companion
- Are very eager to please
- Allergy friendly
- Do not shed
- Are extremely social and playful.
- Suitable both to apartment life as well as the hardy
lifestyle of a family with children
- Easy to train
- Great family pets
- Incredibly intelligent
- Loyal
- Athletic
- Low to no odor
- Funny and endearing
- Beautiful
- Easy to care for
- They are GREAT with kids and other animals
- Playful and joyful
- Gentle and kind

Our Puppies
|
We split our time between the Silicon Valley and the
mountains of Calaveras County, California and our puppies
are hand raised and whelped in our home with love and lots
of attention from our family. Our dogs have plenty of room to
run and play indoors or outdoors as we do not have kennels.
We truly adore our dogs and consider them a part of our
family.
Socialization is critical thus our puppies accompany us
whenever possible. Time spent with our family means your
puppy is becoming comfortable with the sights, smells and
sounds that people make, and grow up accustomed to them,
rather than afraid of them. Our puppies are not left alone for
more than 1-2 hours during their first month and 2-4 hours
during their second month. We plan our errands during nap
time, or after we've tired our puppies out with play before
leaving them alone.
The health and care of our poodles is very important to us
and we take every possible precaution to make sure they
receive a variety of top quality dog foods and meats. Please

puppy care and to learn more about your poodle puppy.
At the minimum, your dog should learn to come when called,
walk on a leash and sit/stay.
