certification training, an event volunteer manual, food, refreshments (from Starbucks!), and a fun-filled post-race volunteer appreciation party at a great venue. A
variety of volunteer positions are available. Please get your family, neighbors, team or friends involved!

Silent Auction
Our silent auction captain gathers donated goods to be auctioned off on the website and on
race day!  The captain works with the race director in brainstorming for goods and then
collects money, from the auction winners for the auctioned goods, and delivers the
auctioned items to the highest bidders. This person also creates bid sheets and makes sure
there are pens and that the auction area is presentable.  This motivated person promotes
the auction to athletes and families.  The proceeds of the auctioned items go directly to the
BAM Foundation.
