Body and Mind Solutions Presents: Triathlon Vacations For Distinguished Men and Women of Triathlon
|
Triathlon consumes a lot of time. Throughout the years, our coaches, who have all competed at elite levels, complained about the inability to go on a
vacation due to their strict triathlon training schedules. Body and Mind Solution's also values the importance of incorporating athletics and exercise into
your vacations so your luggage isn't the only thing that grows before coming home.
Because of these reasons, we've created triathlon-based cultural tours of some truly beautiful locations. While receiving top-notch professional triathlon
coaching in absolutely stunning locations, you will also have a cultural experience like no other as we've established partners (whether they be new
friends or old family) who guarantee a unique perspective that only a native could present. Please click on the links below to choose your destiny and
destination.

Evening Residence: Villagio Inn and Spa, Yountville, California
Ahh...the day after the race. Please take your time, but not too much, as fun is to be had. On this low-key day, please meet at 9:30 AM in the lobby of the
Santa Rosa, Vineyard Creek Hotel with your luggage ready, your Tommy Bahamas on, and please do not have your bikes broken down. You will be
introduced to your coaches, masseuse, bike mechanic, sherpa, and new friends. Massages will be scheduled. Our meet and greet will be followed by
an active stretch and yoga class. After our morning activity, we will head to lunch at our new residence, Villagio Inn and Spa, Yountville. The Inn, with it’s
Italian cluster-style architecture, features 112 spacious guestrooms arranged in two story building clusters, private patios and balconies, fireplaces,
down comforters, oversized, sunken bathtubs, swimming pool and jacuzzi, welcome bottle of wine, daily champagne breakfast buffet, afternoon tea,
