Body and Mind Solutions Presents:
Camp Vineman
For Distinguished Men and Women of Triathlon
What:
You're a big kid, you've worked hard and it is summer-we think it's time for you to go to camp in the stunning countrysides of Napa,
Sonoma and Marin Counties and then polish it up with a night in San Francisco.  While recovering from the
Vineman Triathlon, join a
small group of athletes, significant others, and singles for an active recovery and vacation led by a team that consists of professional
triathletes, coaches, bike mechanics, and a masseuse.  Some of you may want to skip the exercise and enjoy side excursions or
practice some needed R&R in some of the most stunning countryside in the world.  Others may want to practice athletic skills while
visiting the captivating California countryside and receive valuable training advice under the supervision of the Body and Mind Solutions
staff.  It's big kid camp.

Who Can Attend:
Camp Vineman caters to cyclists, triathletes and other athletes of all levels.  Register promptly as event directors expect this tour to
reach its maximum of 16 athletes quickly.  Coach per athlete ratio will be 1:3, respectively.

When:
This camp will commence on Monday, August 1, 2005 at 9:30 AM and end on Saturday, August 6, 2005 at 12:30 PM.  Each morning we
will meet in the lobby of our hotel unless noted otherwise.

Itinerary
Day 1, Monday
Evening Residence:
Villagio Inn and Spa, Yountville, California
Ahh...the day after the race.  Please take your time, but not too much, as fun is to be had.  On this low-key day, please meet at 9:30 AM in
the lobby of the Santa Rosa, Vineyard Creek Hotel with your luggage ready, your Tommy Bahamas on, and please do not have your
bikes broken down. You will be introduced to your coaches, masseuse, bike mechanic, sherpa, and new friends. Massages will be
scheduled.  Our meet and greet will be followed by an active stretch and yoga class.  After our morning activity, we will head to lunch at
our new residence, Villagio Inn and Spa, Yountville.  The Inn, with it’s Italian cluster-style architecture, features 112 spacious
guestrooms arranged in two story building clusters, private patios and balconies, fireplaces, down comforters, oversized, sunken
bathtubs, swimming pool and jacuzzi, welcome bottle of wine, daily champagne breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, coffee and cookies,
concierge and room service.  The Villagio Inn is comfort infused with style. “The ideal pied-a-terre for anyone intent on exploring the
glories or America’s preeminent wine region” ~Wine Spectator

Day 2, Tuesday
Evening Residence:
Villagio Inn and Spa, Yountville, California
After your morning culinary delight, we'll head out on our bikes through the oak-dotted hills in Napa Valley towards Calistoga.  Pedal
through the heart of the valley, stopping to visit a few of the over 500 wineries that dot the landscape.  Is relaxation in order? Then enjoy
the pool and spa at our luxurious hotel or treat yourself to some shopping and world-class dining.

Day 3, Wednesday
Evening Residence:
Madrona Manor, Healdsburg, California
After breakfast, we will depart and head for our new residence, the Madrona Manor.  The Madrona Manor is a Wine Country Inn &
Restaurant and offers a storybook setting and elegant dining. This majestic three-story Victorian Mansion, built in 1881, offers nine
luxurious rooms with private baths, elegant decor, king-sized beds, feather soft linens, thick terry cloth robes and an extensive buffet
breakfast.  All bedrooms have fireplaces. Five rooms contain the antique furniture of the original owner. Downstairs, the elegant Music
Room is graced with many original antiques, including a stunning rosewood piano. This is a delightful area for reading near the fire,
chatting with other guests or enjoying a game or two of chess. Chef Mallgren creates three separate daily gourmet tasting menus of
five, seven, or nine courses for those seeking the complete culinary tour de force.  Why not?  You've earned it.  After getting settled, we
will take a vote to see whose legs are ready to run.  After a quick jog or bike, we will pedal to the historic town of Sonoma, whose
Spanish-style plaza is surrounded by charming boutiques and antiques shops. Choose to end a perfect day with a soothing massage
at the Sonoma Mission Inn or try one of their famous Roman bath treatments. After lunch, you will be free to retire to your room or enjoy
the luscious grounds and await your massage.

Day 4, Thursday
Evening Residence:
Meadowood, St. Helena, California
After breakfast and then a possible run or swim, we will pedal toward the coast and observe the vineyards giving way to rolling pastures.
Once our daily activities are complete, we will retire to our new home, Meadowood. Located in the heart of Napa Valley, Meadowood's
essence comes from its setting.  Settled on a private estate, Meadowood is a center of social, cultural, and viticultural life in Napa Valley
and a second home for those who enjoy the beauty and hospitality of the wine country.  The need for sensibility dictated an honest use
of natural materials and simplicity in Meadowood's design. These characteristics are still found today in the straight-forward
architecture of the guest cottages sensitively tucked into the hillside and the simplicity of stone walls erected by Chinese craftsmen
over a century ago. Meadowood has an honest and straightforward style, rooted in its heritage. Its quality is grounded in a clear
understanding of what works. It is a refined country warmth, a gracious hospitality that is welcoming and rooted in the traditions of
grape growing and winemaking that are the heart of Napa Valley. Our rooms will have a California king bed, wood-burning fireplace,
spacious bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower, views of the wooded hillsides and a private terrace.
