Your coach utilizes a detailed questionnaire, extensive phone interview, and field test information to handcraft your training program and begin the development of a substantial coach/athlete relationship. Hourly Coaching
Don't need a full training program, but you are interested in working on your technique or furthering your training knowledge in health & fitness, triathlon, cycling, running or swimming? Need some specifics but aren't interested in an entire training program? The same expertise that goes into our higher level programs goes into our hourly training sessions, with each being session designed for your goals, background and fitness level.
Telephone Consulting
Telephone consulting is useful for the athlete who requires limited guidance. We can talk about any subject that you want at a time that suits your schedule. What I'll need from you in advance is the athlete questionnaire. This guarantees more quality time on the phone. Telephone Consulting is useful for athletes that require limited guidance or advice on a specific topic. Some topics include race nutrition, specific event preparation, and tapering. - 30 minute session = $50
- 1 hour session = $100
- 5 one-hour sessions = $450
- 10 one-hour sessions = $900
- Telephone Consulting = $25 per 15 minute increment
